We act for both landlords and tenants in respect of shops, restaurants, offices, industrial and D1 premises. We have a thorough knowledge of rent review procedures. Whilst we will recommend a referral to third party if appropriate, we are careful to make clients aware of the costs and risks involved.
As well as considering all the relevant comparable evidence, we are careful to understand the lease in full since this can have a significant impact on the level of rent achievable.
